All products are made in small batches and inventory will be uploaded to the website when they are available.
Products that are marked “Made to Order” will require a 7-14 day lead time after order is placed. Once the item is ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.
Products that are marked “Pre-Order” will note the estimated timeframe in which the item will be available and shipped out.
Products in our core mainstay lineup will be replenished every 3-6 months. Product replenishment is based on customer demand. If a product is heavily requested, it’ll be back in stock before long. If you’d like to see any product back in stock, please contact us to let us know.
Pre order items will list the estimated ship date on its product page. If the product is experiencing a delay and will ship out after the estimated date range, all customers who placed a pre order will be notified.
All pre orders are cancellable for full refund before the item ships. Please contact us to cancel your pre order.
Orders ship out within 1-3 business days after being placed (with the exception of bags that are marked ‘Made to Order’). Once an order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information. Please note that orders ship out on weekdays only. If you’re concerned about shipping lead times, please contact us before placing your order.
We ship through USPS and UPS only. All prices will be calculated at checkout. If you’d prefer one over the other, would like to upgrade to expedited shipping, or have special instructions, please contact us before placing your order.
Please be sure the address entered at checkout is correct before placing your order. If there is an error, please contact us immediately to update the address.
Once an order has shipped out, it is in the care of the shipping carrier and Tunitas Creative is not liable for any errors made by these services. Any claims of lost, stolen or damaged packages should be directed to the shipping company. But we can help provide any information to support your claim.
International Orders:
*Please note that during this global Covid pandemic, international shipments can take longer than usual to be delivered.*
International orders will ship via USPS or UPS. Orders under 1.4lbs will ship for a flat $24 rate. Any order above 1.4lbs will ship for a flat $32 rate.
Please note that international orders are often subjected to duties and taxes by the importing country and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees. To learn more about your country’s taxation rates, contact your local customs office.
As of right now, we cannot offer any returns or refunds on orders. If you have any questions on the products, please feel free to reach out before ordering.
Any bags we deem as a manufacturer's defect, we’ll replace or repair free of charge. Bags facing normal wear and tear, or any other damage from use, we’ll gladly repair for a small fee. We’d rather see our bags get new life rather than tossing it into landfills.
Bag got a bit dirty and want to clean it? Here are two ways to get your bag looking fresh and new again:
-Hand wash/ spot clean with water and light detergent/soap. Hang dry.
-Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and light detergent. Hang dry.
It’s important to remember to not use heat when cleaning your bag. The coating on the Cordura and Xpac fabrics will delaminate with heat exposure. To ensure the longevity of your bag, please wash with cold water and always hang dry.
The fabrics we use are highly water resistant and or waterproof. If made with waterproof fabric please note that does not necessarily mean the bag itself will be 100% waterproof. There is often a misconception that because a product is made with waterproof materials that it is in turn a completely waterproof item. For a bag to be 100% waterproof, the seams must be taped, welded or sealed as water can seep in through there (best example of taped seams are the inside of a rain jacket).
Unfortunately the seams on all our bags are not treated for waterproofness. Our bags are highly water resistant and will generally get your items dry in the rain. Though if you live in an area with high rainfall and worry about water damaging sensitive items, we suggest putting those items in a dry bag or even a resealable plastic bag for smaller items.
